As ride-hailing platforms are becoming more and more competitive and for BluSmart for now the unique differentiator is
In the Future when we see a good mix of EVs vs Fuel based vehicles (i.e. currently in Delhi this Ratio is 1.5/54 (Lakhs Vehicles)) i.e. You will see more EV fleets that can be onboarded with competitors giving us tough competition in terms of Pricing, Ride Availability, # of Drivers
Now of course this can be tackled in below ways 👇
As I understand about Blusmart, both options will go against its vision.
We build on our Strength and do the tough work for long-term dominance 👇
We can start Blusmart Cab Stations at International Airports with a Set of Cabs Available for the customers to be booked right on the go, now that number of Cabs can be solved through Demand and Supply from the Airport, we can start with Bare Minimum here as well i.e. Let's Start with 40-50 Cabs from IGI Airport since we have been booking cabs from IGI Airport as well I think we can look at the Numbers of Cabs that can be in Confidence Interval for each day and come up with a number as well here.
We make our Charging Stations a little consumer friendly where anyone can come up and book a cab via the Charging Station themselves or via a rep - (This is more like a Long Shot Strategy this might be something that can be looked at in the future as well)
